‘INTELLIGENCE’ AND RELATED EIGHT QUOTIENTS.

The Intelligence can be explained as a characteristic / quality / peculiarity/ attribution of the Mind. The Mind and the Intelligence, both have a metaphysical presence.

The ‘Mind’ itself is one of the Basic Universal Energy Elements, which is present in each and every object in this Universe. Additionally, as far as human beings are concerned, the ‘Mind’ is a metaphysical organ, or, a phenomenon of the brain (limbic system). So, intelligence is ultimately the representation of the Basic Universal Energy Element, present in that person.

Intelligence is a quality / property of the Mind which covers/includes various different abilities such as the capacity, to reason, to plan, to solve problems, to think abstractly, to comprehend ideas, to use languages, and to learn.

Intelligence includes various features such as creativity, acquirements, cleverness, judgment etc.

Intelligence is not limited to the capacity of undertaking a formal education or acquiring a narrow academic skill. It reflects broader and deeper capabilities for comprehending the given situation and selecting an action/activity, which will be appropriate for that situation. It reflects individual’s general cognitive ability, capacity to apply the acquired knowledge, capacity to think in various different ways etc.

Basic potential of intelligence or intelligence level may not be increased or decreased but, by learning, gaining knowledge, improving understanding capability etc. one can increase the level of his ‘application of intelligence,’ which improves the ability to ‘manage’ and ’address’ the given situation.

The level of ‘application of intelligence’ depends upon the Energy balance at the mental level. If the Energy is in the balanced condition, then the ‘application of intelligence’ level is very good. The person is in a position to apply himself properly and to the best of his potential. If the Energy is not in the balanced condition, then the person will not be able to apply himself properly.

Intelligence is assessed by the intelligence quotient (I.Q.).This represents the person’s ability to learn by seeing, listening, reading and sensing.
To store, and then make use of this acquired knowledge as per the situation is part of the memory. The person’s such ability to learn and make use of the acquired knowledge is represented by the Intelligence Quotient (I.Q.).

I.Q. is calculated as follows.

I.Q. = Mental age/Actual age x 100

Mental age is determined by various standard tests. (Verbal and written tests).

I.Q. is basically a reflection of the individual’s Universal Energy at the Mental level. If the I.Q. is high, then the person is considered as more intelligent, and, if the I.Q. is low, then the person is considered as less intelligence. However, only a high I.Q. does not guarantee the successful and satisfactory life. It is necessary to develop the other types of Quotients, essential for the successful and the satisfactory life.
Following are the other Quotients, essential for successful and satisfactory life.

1) Emotional Quotient (E.Q.)
2) Understanding Quotient (U.Q.)
3) Passion Quotient (P.Q.)
4) Courage quotient (C.Q.)
5) Communication Quotient (COM.Q.)
6) Spiritual Quotient (S.Q.)
7) Financial Quotient (F.Q.)

All these above Quotients are different forms of the Universal Energy. There are different types/categories of intelligence, talents, skills etc. and it varies from person to person.

Different persons may have similar basic intelligence level, but they may differ in talents, skills, etc. which are required for doing different activities like, learning, communication, body language/face reading, imagination, creativity, sports, cooking, performing arts, professional courses etc.
